All prices are in Jordanian dinars and are subject to a 16% sales tax.
A one-time JD3/line governmental fee must be paid upon activation.
Installation occurs within three working days.
The billing date is effective immediately upon activation.
Umniah provides a one-year warranty for the tracking devices, but excludes cases of misusage, damage, accidents, and abuse. In cases of misuse, customers will be required to pay the price of the device, which is JD 70 as well as sales tax.
The relocation of devices is subject to a JD15 fee.
Installation fees applies to individuals and locations outside Amman.

What are needed documents to sign a Utrack service contract?

Corporate Contracts Must Provide:

A copy of the company’s certificate of registration
A copy of the authorized person’s ID
A copy of the vehicle’s license

If the vehicle is not owned by the company, the owner must provide an authorization letter from the bank

Individual Must Provide:

A copy of the vehicle’s license
A copy of the vehicle’s owner ID

If the vehicle is not owned by the same individual, the owner must provide an authorization letter from the bank

Can we turn off vehicles remotely?

What alerts can be received by the system user?

UTrack has a dynamic alerting module that allows the user to create alerts based on his own needs combining more than one condition for the same event. alerts can be received in the form of SMS, Email, and push notification.

How does the system prevent vehicles from theft?
